All Product Development programs are managed with a U.S based project manager with on site support in Asia. MS Project and MS PowerPoint are the key communication tools for our customers. We work with our customers to establish key product characteristics, critical to quality standards (CTQ), packaging, protection of intellectual property and labeling requirements which will ensure project launches are seamless.
